How to order miniatures from Minst.com

Orders are best placed simply by using the contactform where you state what it is that you would like to purchase and where to send the order. Please use the contactform for any questions. When your order is packed we will confirm it and inform of the total cost including freight. As soon as payment is received your order will be sent.


Reservation for delayed updates

Normally the web site Minst.com is updated daily and sold items are immediately removed from the site. There are however moments where updates can be delayed, for example if we are selling at a miniature show when updates can’t be done in real time.


Payment

All orders should be paid in advance, normally via Paypal. Payment can also be made with a transfer to our bank account, however that process will take a few days before it can be confirmed.


Shipping

Minst normally uses the Swedish postal services for deliveries. The actual postage cost is added to the order.


Return policy

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you are entitled to return it to Minst for full reimbursement within 14 days from the day of delivery. Returned items shall of course be in the same condition as they were when you received them. The cost for returning the goods will not be reimbursed. Your initial payment will be transferred back to you as soon as we have received and controlled the returned miniatures.
